Scope of Responsibility

In producing your event, R&B Productions will be responsible for the following:

• Prepare and execute a timeline for event planning.
• Produce a functional layout for the event.
• Assist and prepare correspondence as needed.
• Prepare and plan out event logistics, such tents, tables and chairs crews for clean up and set up, waste disposal, generator needs, and decorations.
• Coordinate and Decorate for the event as needed.
• Manage the event move­in and move­out for the volunteers and set­up crew.
• Provide a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere for all attendees.
